I had a nice stay at the hotel with a decent room offering a nice view of the fortress on the hill. While the dining options were not very satisfactory, the service was friendly and accommodating. The location was great, just minutes away from the train station and convenient for exploring the city.

The staff in all parts of the hotel approached me and asked for my room number. They were friendly, especially upon check-in.

The hotel is very close to Koblenz Hbf, right across from the main train station, and about a 10-minute walk from the old city shopping area. It's also within a reasonable walking distance to the river and the old town.

The dining experience was okay, but it could have offered more choices, particularly warm food, instead of just cold bread and salami. The breakfast, although paid for, was really poor.
